Booking Policies Hi loves!! It’s Slayedbylatay, AKA Chanel! Here are a few things to know before booking your services: My Policy: • Late Arrivals: If you do not show up within 10 minutes of your appointment, you will be charged a late fee of $15.00, provided you have informed me that you are on your way. After 10 minutes with no communication, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and you will be charged a 90% cancellation fee. This fee does not go toward your current service. Please remember to arrive on time! • Appointments scheduled outside of my regular business hours will incur an additional $30 fee. I accept clients between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM on weekdays, and 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekends. This means my last appointment is booked no later than 5 PM on weekdays and 6 PM on weekends, allowing me to finish by 7–8 PM. Please be mindful and respectful of my time by booking within these hours. I understand that some appointments may involve multiple services, so planning ahead ensures a smoother experience for both of us. • Extra Acrylic Add On Requests: If you request a significantly thicker appearance for your nails, an additional $15–$25 fee will apply based on length and product usage. Please communicate your preferences in advance so I can adjust the booking time accordingly. • Rebalance vs. Fill: If your fill turns into a full rebalance due to extra acrylic being added, reshaping, or correcting bulk and structure, an extra $20+ fee will be applied in addition to the base fill price. This ensures your nails are properly maintained and supported. • Extended Time Overage: If your service goes more than 30 minutes over the scheduled time due to custom requests or excessive product, a $15 Time Overage Fee will be charged per additional 30 minutes. Respecting scheduled time helps keep all appointments on track. • First-Time Clients: A deposit is required at the time of booking. These deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Previous Work: I do not work over another nail tech’s work due to unknown products and potential longevity issues. • Colored Acrylic Fills: Must be the same color as the previous set. If you’d like to change your color, please select a Full Set and product removal. This also applies to changing the shape and length of your nails. • Bare Nails: Please come with bare nails if possible. • Product Removal: If you book a full set without selecting product removal, and I don’t have time, you will need to book another appointment and will be charged a 90% cancellation fee. Ensure you select product removals if needed. • Nail Fixes: You have 2 days after your appointment for a free nail fix. After the first week, a nail fix is $7 per nail. • No Refunds: Once you leave the salon, there are no refunds. I will ask multiple times throughout your service if everything looks good or needs any changes. • 48-Hour Cancellations and No Shows: Canceling within 48 hours or not showing up will result in a 90% service charge. If no cancellation fee can be charged, you will be banned from booking. Exceptions are made for positive COVID tests with proof. This fee does not go towards your next service. • Sickness: Do not come to the salon sick. If you arrive sick, you will be sent home and charged 90% of your service. • Nail Inspiration: If you have any inspiration for your nails, feel free to DM me to discuss your set! ✨ BY BOOKING WITH ME, YOU AGREE TO MY POLICIES.
